Portugal on stamps

This issue shows four Portuguese breeds of horses: Alter RealLusitano, Garrano, and Sorraia.

The stamps were designed by Luís Filipe Abreu, lithographed by the Mint on enamelled paper sheets of 5×10 stamps with perforation 12×11¾ and a phosphor band, and circulated from 22 May 1986 to 31 December 1992.
